The band is comprised of Ed Gallimore on drums, Dave Betts on guitar, keys, and background vocals, Sam Dyson on guitar, keys, and background vocals, and Steve Bird on vocals

Jet, being a fan of the film Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, asked in the interview if the name of the band was in fact paying homage to character in that movie, which the band confirms; they are in fact fans of the movie and the name is based on the character The Ramona Flowers.
